Ingredients
4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted and cooled
1 large egg
1/4 cup milk
4 1/4 oz (1 cup) all-purpose flour
3 oz (1/4 cup + 3 Tbsp) white sugar
1 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 cup semi-sweet and/or dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup crushed nuts
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Prepare a 6-cup muffin tin with liners or spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Combine the melted butter, eggs, and milk in a medium bowl.

Add wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir to combine.
Fold in chocolate chips and nuts until evenly combined.
Divide the batter evenly among the 6 muffin liners.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown on top and a toothpick or knife can be inserted into the center of the muffin and comes out clean.
