Jalapeno Corn
Ingredients
12 oz jar of jalapenos, drained
2 one pound bags of corn
2 regular size cream cheese
1 cup milk
1 cup butter
1 regular bag of cheddar cheese
Directions
Cook the milk, cream cheese, and butter in a sauce pan until smooth enough to pour.
Put the corn and jalapenos in a baking dish. When the milk, cream cheese and butter are smooth enough, pour them over the corn and jalapenos.
Sprinkle the cheese over top of everything.
Bake @ 375 for 35 minutes, then transfer to a crockpot.
