Jalapeno Corn

Ingredients

  • 12 oz jar of jalapenos, drained

  • 2 one pound bags of corn

  • 2 regular size cream cheese

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 cup butter

  • 1 regular bag of cheddar cheese

Directions

  • Cook the milk, cream cheese, and butter in a sauce pan until smooth enough to pour.

  • Put the corn and jalapenos in a baking dish. When the milk, cream cheese and butter are smooth enough, pour them over the corn and jalapenos.

  • Sprinkle the cheese over top of everything.

  • Bake @ 375 for 35 minutes, then transfer to a crockpot.
