Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 large whole egg
1 large egg white
1/2 cup greek yogurt
2 scoop protein powder (vanilla)
1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 pinch kosher salt
1 teaspoon honey
1/4 cup crushed nuts or semi-sweet and/or dark chocolate chips
butter and syrup for topping
Directions
Spray stuffed waffle maker with non-stick spray
Turn on stuffed waffle maker
Blend all of your ingredients together until smooth
Pour batter into stuffed waffle maker until just touch square peaks
Add stuffing (nuts and/or chocolate chips) into center of stuffed waffle maker
Pour battrer into stuffed waffle maker until top of rings
Cook until done (green light will turn on)
Carefully remove from stuffed waffle maker and top with syrup and butter as desired
