Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1 large whole egg

  • 1 large egg white

  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt

  • 2 scoop protein powder (vanilla)

  • 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1 pinch kosher salt

  • 1 teaspoon honey

  • 1/4 cup crushed nuts or semi-sweet and/or dark chocolate chips

  • butter and syrup for topping

Directions

  • Spray stuffed waffle maker with non-stick spray

  • Turn on stuffed waffle maker

  • Blend all of your ingredients together until smooth

  • Pour batter into stuffed waffle maker until just touch square peaks

  • Add stuffing (nuts and/or chocolate chips) into center of stuffed waffle maker

  • Pour battrer into stuffed waffle maker until top of rings

  • Cook until done (green light will turn on)

  • Carefully remove from stuffed waffle maker and top with syrup and butter as desired
